In the GCC TBC exam, the Statement is asked for 10 Marks, so attempting this question is so important to students. In this article, I will give you the complete formatting of the GCC TBC 30 wpm English statement. Formatting of English 30 wpm statement are as follows:
1. You have to type and format the same statement as shown on the question side of the excel sheet. You should start the statement exactly on the same cell as that of the cell on the question side of the excel sheet.
2. First of all type the main heading of the Statement.
3. After that, you have to type all the column heading as shown in the question excel sheet. Type all the statements and values exactly as shown in the question side of the excel sheet and start the formatting.
4.Formatting:
a) Adjust the column width such that all content in the cell looks clear and proper.
b) Adjust the column width of the particulars properly.
c) The column width of the statistical data columns is the same, for that, you have to select those 3 columns at one time and adjust the column width equally.
d) Make the main heading bold and underline and apply merge and center command.
e) Select all column heading and make them bold and apply center alignment.
f) After that select all statements excluding the Main heading and apply the All border.
g) After that select the complete statement and Go to Home Tab, Alignment group and apply vertically middle align.
Tips to get 10 Marks in GCC TBC English 30 wpm statement:
1. First, get an overview of the complete statement on the question side, summarise all the statement in mind.
2. Start the statement from exactly the same excel cell as given on the question side so that your marks will not be deducted. Generally, the statement starts from the B3 cell, so start typing the statement from the B3 cell on the answer side. If you made a mistake there, you may lose your marks.
3. Select the heading of the statement properly and make it bold, merge and center and underline so that it looks proper.
4. Type the statistical data properly in the statement, if you made mistake there you may lose a couple of marks there. To get out of marks you type statistical data correctly.

5. Always adjust the column width so that all the content in the statement fits properly and looks clear.
6. Always apply all borders after typing all the statement and adjusting the proper width of the column.
7. Type correct spellings in the statement so that your marks not deducted in spelling mistakes.
